Anne Power - Financial and Insurance Coordinator

I have worked for Dr. McFarland Since April 1999. I have one beautiful daughter and two adorable grandchildren. My husband keeps me busy with traveling and playing golf. When I have the time I love to read, do crafts, and hang out with family and friends.

Bille Rudd - Scheduling Coordinator

I have worked for Dr. McFarland since 2008. I am married, with three grown children and one grandchild. I love gardening, crafts, and antique shopping.

Carmen Flick - Orthodontic Assistant

I have been an assistant for Dr. McFarland since high school. The most rewarding aspect of my job is the finished result, creating a beautiful smile. I have a teenage daughter and we both enjoy the arts and movies along with my passion of decorating.

Donna Zarcone - Business Coordinator

I started working for Dr. McFarland in 1993. I truly enjoy getting to know our patients and seeing the end results of a beautiful smile. I am married and have two children and one grandchild who I totally adore. When I am not working I love to garden, watch HGTV, and spend time with family.

Erin Kovar - Orthodontic Assistant

I have been an assistant for 8 years. I am married and have 2 beautiful daughters. In my spare time we like to travel and spend time on the lake.

Holly Mayfield - Orthodontic Assistant

I moved to Flower Mound in 2000 and shortly after started working for Dr. McFarland. I am married and have a son named Easton. When I am not working, I am on the baseball field with my husband Neil, cheering my son on.

Jennifer Goin - Scheduling Coordinator

I have lived in Flower Mound for since 2000. I am married and have two grown children. In my spare time I enjoy playing tennis.

Mindy Brasko - Orthodontic Assistant

I have been with Dr. McFarland since 1993. My husband Rick and I have been married since 1995 and we have one son, Gavin. In my spare time I love to work in the yard and go to the lake.
